If you are a returning or an existing customer wishing to have your skip picked up and you notice our phone lines are either busy or not working, please email us at skipsuk@gmail.com One of our staff will then deal with your request within 24 hours, (weekdays only) Thank You.

This section describes how we calculate refunds and outlines our policy. Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.

One clear working day's notice is required to terminate the hiring of the Skip

Orders canceled by 15.00 on working day prior to scheduled delivery date will be refunded in full. Order cancelation must be confirmed by phone with our sales office.

Orders canceled after 15.00 on working day prior to scheduled delivery date will be subject to a 30% cancelation fee on the hire price. Skip road licence fees paid to the appropriate councils will be non returnable.

No refund will be payable once the Skip has been delivered to the scheduled address.
Note: Walsall Skip Hire cannot generate refunds for services purchased from third-party Skip hire Companies. Only your seller can generate a refund.
